With over a decade of experience in data protection across Fortune 500 companies, he previously held key privacy leadership roles at Standard Chartered Bank and BMW Group.
Combining an LL.M in IT & IP Law with an MBA and specialized certification in AI from Oxford University's Said Business School, Taffy brings a unique perspective on balancing innovation with privacy compliance. His expertise spans GDPR implementation, privacy-by-design principles, and emerging technology risk management across Europe and beyond.

Tibor Szigetvári serves as Group Chief Data Privacy Officer at CompuGroup Medical SE (CGM), one of Europe's leading medical software providers. With a wealth of experience in data privacy and security, Tibor has been at the forefront of large scale data incident response management as well as Data and Tech M&A during his tenure at Freshfields in Frankfurt. Before joining CGM, Tibor gained valuable insights working in the Berlin startup scene.
In his current role, Tibor is tackling the complexities of new EU regulations on AI, especially for the medical products sector, health data space, and security certification programs like C5. Tibor holds a PhD in Law from the University of Tübingen.
